Refund Policy

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
1. How to request
- 1.1) Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with the subject "Refund request". Include your name and, if you have it, your order number.
2. When you get your money
- 2.1) We confirm your request within 2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement.
3. After the refund
- 3.1) Your access to the job board ends once the refund is processed.
4. Recurring plans
- 4.1) If your plan renews automatically, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation keeps your access until the end of the current paid period. Renewal charges can be refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal date.
5. Before a chargeback
- 5.1) Please contact us first. We can usually resolve any issue faster than a bank dispute.
